Account Deletion – Zodmo
We’re sorry to see you go.
If you no longer wish to use Zodmo, you can delete your account using one of the following options:
1. Delete Account from the App
You can delete your account directly within the Zodmo app by navigating to:
Settings → Account → Delete My Account
This action will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our system.
2. Request Account Deletion via Email
If you prefer, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please include the following details in your email:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Username (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Once we receive your request, our team will verify the information and process your account deletion within 7 business days.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your personal data and app activity will be removed from our servers.
