1. Payment Policy

Direct Buyer-Seller Transactions
All financial transactions on Zodmo occur directly between the buyer and seller. Zodmo does not process, hold, or facilitate any payments. It is the sole responsibility of both parties to determine and agree upon a payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods
Buyers and sellers may choose from various payment options that work best for them, such as:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Mobile Payment Apps
  • UPI
  • PayPal (if applicable)

Security and Caution
We highly recommend users:

  • Avoid advance payments to unverified sellers.
  • Meet in public, safe places whenever possible.
  • Use secure and traceable payment methods. Zodmo is not liable for any losses arising from unsafe or unauthorized transactions.

2. Cancellation Policy

User-Controlled Cancellations
Zodmo does not manage or mediate cancellations. Any cancellations must be mutually agreed upon by the buyer and seller.

Users may choose to define their own cancellation terms before completing a transaction. These can include:

  • Cancellation window (e.g., within 24 hours)
  • Conditions for product return
  • Restocking fees, if any

3. Refund Policy

Handled Between Users
Refunds are not processed through Zodmo. All refund requests must be handled directly between the buyer and seller.

No Platform Involvement
Zodmo does not offer or enforce any refund guarantees.
Buyers are advised to confirm the product’s condition, functionality, and authenticity before making a purchase.
